A report on the capacity-building sessions will be created and published online.

Training sessions

Training will be given to four specific target groups: institutions and public entities, shop stewards, migrants, and members of the Muslim community.

The training sessions will cover racism, anti-Muslim hatred and Afrophobia, rights and responsibilities at work and information on the work of the national equality body, the NCPE.

Focus groups

Focus groups will be held with migrants and members of the Muslim community regarding the topic of discrimination on the basis of race and ethnic origin.

The outcome of these focus groups will be collated in a report and an Action Plan will be developed.

Consultation meetings

Several consultation meetings will be held between the Project Partners; NCPE and Aditus Foundation. These meetings will serve to plan the agenda of the focus groups so that a successful outcome is achieved.

Final conference

The NCPE and Aditus Foundation will present the project’s results at the final conference. The speakers will explain in detail the implementation and the results of each activity, drawing in questions and suggestions from the audience.
