OPM Circular 15/2012

In accordance with OPM Circular No. 15/2012 titled ‘Gender Mainstreaming in Practice’ issued on the 30th April 2012, “each department/entity is required to prepare a brief report on the measures taken and the progress achieved in the sphere of gender equality and gender mainstreaming. The report should be forwarded to the NCPE on an annual basis.

Departments/entities are kindly requested to make use of this template in order to simplify the reporting process. The reports are to reach the NCPE on equality@gov.mt by not later than Wednesday 15th May 2024.

In preparation of the reporting requirements, NCPE shall be delivering two online training sessions to assist officers responsible to carry out this work. The training sessions will:

(1) provide detail on the reporting template
(2) tackle specific queries that participants can put forward.

In view of this, it would be appropriate if employees appointed to attend the training sessions are those who will compile the reporting template.

Officers can register their participation for any one of the below listed training sessions, by sending an email to equality@gov.mt

Either:

Morning training session:
Date: Tuesday 16th April 2024
Time: 10:30-12:00

Or:

Afternoon training session:
Date: Wednesday 17th April 2024
Time: 14:00-15:30

The link to each online session will be provided following registration.
