Register for The Directory of Professional Women

The Directory of Professional Women aims to serve as a positive initiative to address the significant under-representation of women in decision-making positions in the public and private sectors. The online Directory gives visibility and more opportunities to professional and competent women for appointment on boards and committees, and/or to assume decision-making positions in the labour market.

Who can join the Directory of Professional Women?

Women who have:
  • Five (5) years experience in a decision-making/management position AND/OR
  • Ten (10) years specialised expertise in a particular field

Applicants who do not fulfil the eligibility criteria will not be considered and will be informed accordingly.

Professional women who fulfil the eligibility criteria will be defined as ‘profilers’.

Which information will be published online?

  • Name and Surname
  • Job Title
  • Job Description
  • Years of Experience in Decision-Making Positions
  • Years of Specialised Expertise
  • Employment Status
  • Qualification MQF Level (Optional)
  • Qualifications (Optional)

All other information will remain confidential.

If the field ‘Qualification Title’ is not applicable, the applicant shall type in ‘Not Applicable’.
